The Exel Safelet IV Catheter is a sterile, single-use intravenous access device with a 20 gauge x 1 inch radiopaque FEP/PTFE catheter designed for smooth, comfortable venipuncture. Its translucent hub and flashback chamber allow easy detection of blood flashback, while the hydrophobic membrane filter eliminates blood leakage and the color-coded casing cap permits quick gauge identification. Supplied 50 catheters per box, it is latex-free, non-toxic, and non-pyrogenic, and connects to standard IV administration sets or a syringe via the luer taper end.
