Premier Implant Cement is a tough, radiopaque elastomeric resin cement designed for implant-retained crowns and temporary cementation of provisionals. Its two-stage cure provides an initial gel phase in about 2.5 minutes for easy removal of excess, then sets to a firm, low-solubility final set that delivers high retention and a tight marginal seal. The non-eugenol, non-fluoride formula is safe for all alloys including titanium, and its mechanical retention allows restorations to be retrieved without damage.
