The screw-top adapter features a snap-on clamping sleeve that securely holds the instrument until it becomes dull, and the adapter with instrument can be sterilized in normal solutions or an autoclave. Each package contains 6 mandrels with a 5 mm head diameter and 44.5 mm HP shank.
