Premise is a universal nanofilled light-cure restorative composite offering superior esthetics, handling, outstanding strength and low polymerization shrinkage. Its tri-modal filler system combines three distinct filler sizes with pre-polymerized filler (PPF) and 0.4 micron barium glass filler to achieve 84% filler loading by weight, limiting shrinkage to approximately 1.6% while enhancing polishability and wear resistance. Supplied as a unidose refill pack of 20 tips, each containing 0.2 g of Body shade A3 material, for anterior and posterior restorations including crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays and fillings.
