The 3M (Solventum) Vitremer Restorative System is a resin-modified glass ionomer restorative and core buildup material featuring patented triple-cure technology: light-cure, chemical (self-cure), and a true glass ionomer setting reaction. It bonds to enamel and dentin without separate etching, releases fluoride continuously for ongoing caries protection, and offers low microleakage with good handling and extended working time. The introductory kit (3303I) includes 5 g powder bottles in shades A3, A4, C2, C4, Pedo, and Blue, 2 x 8 mL liquid, primer, finishing gloss, delivery tips with pistons, spoon, mixing pad, shade guide, mixing well, and brush tips. Indicated for Class III and Class V restorations, cervical erosion/abrasion lesions, Class I and Class II restorations in primary teeth, core buildups, and interim restorations.
