SDI GS-80 is a non-gamma 2 admix dispersed phase amalgam alloy for direct placement restoration of Class I, II, and other posterior preparations. Each 2-spill capsule contains 600 mg of alloy with a composition of Silver 40%, Tin 31.3%, Copper 28.7%, and Mercury 47.9%, delivering high compressive strength (510 MPa at 24 hours) and a positive dimensional change (+0.02%) for marginal adaptation and reduced microleakage. The fast set formulation offers a shorter working and setting schedule, and the 500-capsule pack provides consistent, homogeneous mixes with reliable handling, carving, and interproximal contact formation.
