Alpen Multi-Use Multilayer Diamond Instruments are friction grip (FG) rotary burs featuring a two-layer natural diamond coating: an initial layer bonded to the steel shank for anti-vibration and a second layer for full diamond coverage that exposes fresh sharp edges as outer layers wear.
