Dentsply Palodent Plus Sectional Matrix System Wedge Refill in Small (Dark Blue) contains 100 adaptive, self-guiding wedges for stabilizing sectional matrix bands and supporting gingival adaptation during Class II posterior restorations. The compressible wedge narrows on entry and flares upon exit for easy placement and a secure seal, with a hollow underside that allows a second wedge to be placed from the opposite side. The dark blue color identifies the small size, and the handling tab hole can be gripped with pin tweezers for easier placement and removal.
