The Dentsply Cavitron FSI THINsert FitGrip is a reusable 30 kHz magnetostrictive ultrasonic insert designed for removing biofilm and light to moderate calculus in narrow pockets, tight interproximal contacts, and areas where a conventional tip is too broad. Its working tip is 47% thinner than the FSI SlimLINE straight insert and features a 9-degree backbend for improved adaptation around root anatomy, while Focused Spray delivers targeted lavage for cooling, visibility, and debris removal. The one-piece purple FitGrip handle has a larger, contoured, rippled surface that reduces pinch force and muscle load and helps prevent slipping during repetitive instrumentation. Each package contains one insert; the scaler unit and handpiece are not included.
