GC Initial MC Paste Opaque Modifier OM-5 is a 3 g ceramic opaque paste designed for masking metal substructures in metal-ceramic restorations. It is compatible with a wide range of conventional alloys with a CTE of 13.8 to 14.9 x10-6K-1 (25-500°C), including silver-containing, reduced-gold, and palladium-based alloys, as well as NPA and galvano crowns. The creamy paste allows precise placement and smooth layering for consistent shade control and natural esthetic results.
