SpiraPost PFS is a self-adapting endodontic post system consisting of surgical stainless steel wires twisted around biocompatible natural-color polyfiber strands. The flexible, non-memory design conforms to the curvature and irregularities of the canal, minimizing removal of tooth structure and allowing the coronal portion to be angled intraorally to align with the tooth's vertical axis. The polyfiber strands integrate with resin cement and composite core material to form a homogenous, structurally reinforcing unit that distributes external forces and reduces failure risk. This tapered refill kit contains 10 tapered posts and one #4 Gates Glidden drill (item 888102).
