Its patented Interpenetrating Polymer Network (IPN) structure provides mechanical properties with elasticity close to natural dentin, absorbing and distributing stress to help prevent fractures while bonding well to restorative composite. Supplied as a single 8 cm fiber bundle that can be cut to size, it is used to build minimally invasive, aesthetic composite bridges and other prosthetic restorations, often in a single visit with minimal tooth preparation.
