Pro-Form Dual-Color Mouthguard Laminates are two-layer, shock-absorbing EVA vinyl sheets used to fabricate custom athletic mouthguards and dental trays. Each 5" x 5" sheet is 0.160" (4mm) thick and laminates two layers of soft EVA for excellent tensile strength and energy absorption. The material is latex-, BPA-, gluten- and monomer-free, and is heated until a 1" droop develops, then vacuum formed and trimmed to fit.
