SlickGel ES is a water-soluble endodontic canal lubricant formulated to aid in the negotiation of root canals by endodontic instruments. Each single-use 1 mL MicroDose polytube contains EDTA to chelate calcifications and remove the smear layer, plus urea peroxide that reacts with sodium hypochlorite irrigants to produce a vigorous bubbling action that helps flush debris from the canal system. The polytubes cut open easily and are supplied 12 per resealable poly bag, eliminating the need for disinfection between uses and reducing cross-contamination.
