EndoVac MicroCannulas are 28-gauge (0.32 mm) needles with 12 laser-drilled microscopic evacuation holes, each less than 100 microns, at the tip. They are part of the EndoVac apical negative pressure irrigation system, which uses suction to draw irrigant such as sodium hypochlorite down the root canal and into a high-vacuum suction unit, eliminating positive-pressure injection and reducing the risk of extruding irrigant beyond the apical foramen. The 21 mm length is designed for apical third cleaning and is supplied 20 per pack.
