DiaPex Plus is a pre-mixed, silicone-oil-based calcium hydroxide paste with iodoform that provides antibacterial and bacteriostatic action while enhancing radiopacity. It is indicated for temporary root canal filling, apexification and apexogenesis, vital pulpotomies in deciduous teeth, traumatic dental injuries, root resorption, and root perforations, and may be used with gutta-percha and conventional sealants. Each Regular Kit contains 2 g of paste in a pre-filled syringe, 20 disposable tips, and 1 silicone cap.
