The Nordent #8A Composite Placement Instrument is a double-ended dental instrument featuring micro paddles measuring 6mm long and 1.5mm wide, set at 0 and 90 degrees to the shank. Its tips are titanium nitride coated stainless steel, which increases surface hardness and smoothness to eliminate pull-back when manipulating composite materials. The instrument is fitted with a round stainless steel DuraLite® ColorRings™ handle for comfort and easy identification.
