The Nordent Classic Scaler is a double-ended dental hygiene instrument combining a small, straight Jacquette #1S blade (0.9 mm width tapering to a point) with a long-reach Towner U15 sickle blade (1 mm width tapering to a point), also known as U15-33. It is used to remove deposits from supragingival surfaces of the anterior and posterior teeth and is available with a DuraLite hexagonal handle. Made from US 440A stainless steel.
