Crosstex Ultra Earloop Face Masks with Secure Fit Technology are ASTM Level 3 surgical masks designed for procedures producing moderate to heavy fluid, spray, or aerosols. The patented design features an extra-long malleable aluminum nosepiece and an aluminum strip under the chin to create a custom seal that significantly reduces gapping at the bottom and sides of the mask. Made in the USA from latex-free spunbond polypropylene, each blue pleated mask offers fluid resistance of 160 mmHg, BFE >99.9% at 3 microns, and PFE 99.8% at 0.1 micron, meeting EN 14683 Type IIR standards.
