NTI 2-Piece Operative Carbide Burs feature a welded (not soldered) joint between the cutting head and shank for added strength and smoother cutting action. The #1557 friction grip (FG) bur has a round end cylinder head shape with a 1.0 mm head diameter and 4.2 mm head length, and a standard 19 mm stainless steel shank. Manufactured by Kerr Rotary (formerly Axis Dental), these uncoated carbide burs are supplied 5 per package and are suitable for endodontic and restorative applications.
