HyFlex CM NiTi rotary files feature controlled-memory (CM) nickel-titanium construction that follows canal anatomy closely, reducing the risk of ledging, transportation, and perforation. The files are extremely flexible without the shape memory of conventional NiTi, and respond to excessive resistance by straightening their spirals to avoid wall binding and increase fracture resistance. Reversible shape adaptation can be restored by heat treatment (autoclaving or glass bead sterilization), and the files can be pre-bent to accommodate sharp curves. Supplied in a 6-pack of 25mm, .04 taper, #30 files.
