Meisinger operative tungsten carbide bur with a straight fissure crosscut (fissure 557) cylinder head, 1.0 mm head diameter and 4.1 mm head length, for use in slow-speed handpiece (HP) shanks. Made in Germany from high-density, fine-grain tungsten carbide with excellent concentricity for precise, rapid cutting and a smooth finish, and roughly three times harder than steel for extended sharpness and service life. Supplied non-sterile in packs of 5 (HM31-010-HP).
