Hygedent Chromatic 2-Phase Alginate is a dust-free, mint-flavored irreversible hydrocolloid impression material for full-arch and quadrant dental impressions, orthodontic study models, and prosthetic and restorative diagnostic impressions. The regular set formulation provides a 90-second intraoral working time and 180-second full set, and its chromatic indicator changes from white powder to purple at the end of mixing and to yellow when the intraoral set is complete. The highly elastic, tear-resistant gel supports clean tray removal from undercuts and interproximal areas, and the dust-free powder reduces inhalation exposure during mixing. Each unit is a single 1 lb bag with a 3-year shelf life.
