Hu-Friedy IMS Pre-Printed Monitor Tape is a strong 3/4" (19 mm) adhesive tape with a chemical indicator that visually differentiates processed from non-processed cassettes. Pre-printed with "Extraction" for procedural identification, it is designed for use in steam sterilizers at 250°-285°F (121°-141°C) and changes from non-visible to dark brown or black after sterilization. Each roll is 60 yards (55 m) long and meets Type 1 process indicator standards per ISO 11140-1:2014.
