Hu-Friedy Perma Sharp PGA FA sutures are fast-absorbing, braided polyglycolic acid sutures designed for reliable soft tissue closure in dental surgical procedures. Each suture is 18 inches long, size 3-0, undyed, and coated, with a C-9 reverse cutting 1/2 circle needle measuring 23 mm. PGA FA loses strength in 14-17 days and is fully absorbed in 49-63 days, and the laser-drilled needles are engineered for smoother penetration with up to 20% less force and less tissue disruption.
