The Hu-Friedy Perma Sharp PTFE Suture is a non-absorbable, sterile monofilament suture made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for reliable soft tissue closure in dental and surgical procedures. The 4-0 suture is 18" (45 cm) long and features a C-6 reverse cutting 3/8 circle needle (19 mm) for precise penetration with minimal tissue trauma. Its smooth PTFE surface offers little to no package memory, excellent soft tissue response, and resistance to bacterial wicking, making it well suited for periodontal, implant, and grafting procedures. Each pack contains 12 sterile white sutures.
