The Nordent XDURA® double-ended hygiene scaler combines a large, long-reach Towner #U15 anterior sickle (1 mm blade tapering to a point) with a medium contra-angle Hoe #47 (2.5 mm blade) for scaling anterior lingual surfaces, making it suitable for heavier use. XDURA® stainless steel incorporates extremely fine, evenly distributed carbide particles and an advanced micro-finishing process to deliver a consistently harder, sharper, longer-lasting edge than conventional instruments. It is fitted with a DuraLite® round stainless steel handle and is sold individually.
