Pulpdent Root Canal Sealer is a modified zinc oxide-eugenol endodontic sealer indicated for permanent filling techniques in both primary and permanent teeth. The tissue-compatible, bacteriostatic, and radiopaque formula does not shrink upon setting, resorbs with the roots of deciduous teeth, and mixes to a thick consistency that eliminates free eugenol while still flowing through 30-gauge needles. Supplied as a 4 oz (114 g) powder refill bottle, it is easily removed after setting with mechanical or hand instrumentation.
