Amalgambond Plus is a 4-META-based, self-cure dental adhesive agent that chemically bonds amalgam to enamel and dentin, and composite to metal porcelains including lithium disilicate. Its resilient self-cure bond requires no light-curing, varnish, or liners, and with less invasive preparations it eliminates the need for pin retention while considerably reducing the risk of marginal leakage. Supplied as an 8 mL bottle refill (1/Pk, S374), it is intended for use with the Amalgambond Plus system and helps prevent post-operative sensitivity.
