SporView Self-Contained Biological Indicators are an in-office monitoring system certified for use with all steam sterilization cycles. Each self-contained vial contains a crushable glass ampule of growth media; after activation and 24-hour incubation at 55-60°C in a compatible dry block incubator, positive results appear as the media changing from purple to yellow. A chemical indicator on the label provides an instant visual indication of steam exposure. Supplied 100 per box (SCS-100).
