TempCanal Enhanced is an antibacterial calcium hydroxide canal treatment paste for temporary intracanal dressing between office visits and for extended calcium hydroxide therapy in complicated cases. Its pH greater than 12 cleanses the canal and helps prevent flare-ups, and it is indicated for periapical lesions, abscesses, traumatic injuries, root resorption, root perforations, and weeping canals. The non-drying, non-setting paste has a long working time, is easily removed with a file and irrigation, and flows through 27-gauge needles from a standard Luer-lock syringe for one-hand operation.
