ACTIVA BioACTIVE-Restorative is a dual-cure, radiopaque bioactive composite restorative with a bioactive resin matrix, shock-absorbing rubberized resin component, and bioactive glass fillers that mimic the physical and chemical properties of natural teeth. It chemically bonds to seal against microleakage, releases and recharges calcium, phosphate, and fluoride ions to stimulate remineralization and reduce sensitivity, and is moisture-friendly, highly polishable, and more fracture resistant than traditional composites. The A2 Starter Kit includes one 5 mL (8 g) syringe, one ACTIVA-SPENSER dispenser for 5 mL automix syringes, and 20 assorted mix tips (10 with bendable 20-gauge metal cannula and 10 with intraoral tip); it is BPA-, Bis-GMA-, and BPA-derivative-free and indicated for Class I, II, III, and V restorations and bulk filling.
