Its lactate-buffered formulation contains sodium 130 mEq/L, potassium 4 mEq/L, calcium 3 mEq/L, chloride 110 mEq/L, and lactate 28 mEq/L with a calculated osmolarity of 275 mOsmol/L, closely approximating extracellular fluid for IV fluid and electrolyte replenishment, acid-base balance support, and surgical site irrigation during oral surgical and implant procedures. The container is latex-free, PVC-free, and DEHP-free, and the solution contains no bacteriostatic or antimicrobial agents.
