SPS Medical Steam Indicator Tape is a lead-free, ISO 11140-1 Type 1 compliant tape used to seal autoclave bags, CSR wraps, tubing, and other sterilization packaging while providing a visual indication that the pack has been exposed to steam sterilization conditions. The tape features a saturated crepe paper backing with a synthetic, solvent-free adhesive and non-toxic indicator lines that change from beige to dark brown or black when sterilizing conditions are achieved. It adheres securely through the sterilization cycle yet removes cleanly without leaving adhesive residue, and is not made with natural rubber latex.
