The 3M Attest Super Rapid Readout Steam Biological Indicator 1492V (brown cap) delivers a final fluorescent result in just 24 minutes when read with the 3M Attest Auto-reader 490 or 490M. It monitors dynamic-air-removal saturated steam cycles of 3 or 4 minutes at 270°F/132°C and 3 minutes at 275°F/135°C, and meets ISO 11138-1:2017, ISO 11138-3:2017 and FDA performance requirements. Each self-contained vial contains viable organisms for a direct measure of lethality, and UDI-compliant 2-D barcode technology captures GTIN, use-by date and lot code.
