The Hu-Friedy Symmetry Piezo Scaling Tip (UEP3) is a thin-bladed, curette-like perio tip made from a special stainless steel blend that works with the generator's ultrasonic energy to optimize vibration for superior scaling efficiency and durability. The P3 Universal design removes heavy deposits and necrotic cementum on anterior and premolar teeth, and is also effective for light root planing at very low power. This E-Series tip is compatible with all EMS generators; S-Series tips are available for Symmetry IQ, Satelec, and NSK generators.
