The SciCan Statim 5000 Cassette Seal and Lube Kit is an OEM preventive-maintenance kit for the Statim 5000 and Statim G4 5000 cassette autoclaves. It includes one black silicone cassette seal (7-3/4" x 15-3/4") that forms the pressure-tight seal between the cassette tray and lid, plus the lubricant and step-by-step instructions needed to complete the seal replacement in-house. Replacing the seal on the manufacturer-recommended schedule (every 500 cycles or 6 months) and lubricating it monthly helps maintain validated sterilization cycle performance and equipment longevity.
