Orabloc is an aseptically manufactured articaine hydrochloride 4% local anesthetic with epinephrine 1:100,000, indicated for local, infiltrative, and conductive anesthesia in simple and complex dental procedures. It provides rapid onset of anesthesia within 1-9 minutes, with complete anesthesia lasting about 1 hour for infiltration and up to 2 hours for nerve block. Each 1.8 mL cartridge is individually blister-packed for protection, and the formulation is sodium edetate free, methylparaben free, and latex free, with a 24-month shelf life at room temperature.
