Orabloc Articaine HCl 4% with Epinephrine 1:200,000 is an injectable local anesthetic for local, infiltrative, and conductive anesthesia in routine restorative, hygiene, periodontal, and other simple to complex dental procedures in adults and pediatric patients 4 years and older. It is the only aseptically manufactured articaine formulation in the U.S., providing rapid onset within 1-9 minutes, approximately 1 hour of infiltration anesthesia, and up to 2 hours of nerve block anesthesia. Each pack contains 50 individually blister-sealed 1.7 mL cartridges; the formulation is sodium edetate free, methylparaben free, and latex free, with a 24-month shelf life at room temperature.
