Pro-Form dual-color mouthguard laminates are made from two layers of soft, high-energy-absorbing EVA vinyl laminated together for excellent tensile strength and impact protection. Each 5" x 5" sheet is 0.160" (4mm) thick in a black/yellow dual-color finish, suitable for vacuum forming professionally made athletic mouthguards. Supplied 12 sheets per pack; heat until a 1" droop develops, vacuum form with the brace behind the anteriors, and trim with scissors.
