Hu-Friedy IMS Autoclave Monitor Tape is a strong 3/4" (19 mm) pre-printed tape with a Type 1 chemical indicator that visually differentiates processed from non-processed cassettes. The Surgery-coded tape can be written on and changes from non-visible to dark brown or black after steam sterilization at 250°-285°F (121°-141°C), with a minimum 10 minutes at 250°F/121°C to effect the color change. Each roll contains 60 yards (55 m) and is intended for use with Hu-Friedy sterilization wrap and cassettes.
