Hu-Friedy IMS Autoclave Monitor Tape is a strong 3/4" (19 mm) pre-printed indicator tape for steam sterilization that visually differentiates processed from non-processed cassettes. The Perio-imprinted tape contains a Type 1 chemical indicator per ISO 11140-1:2014 that changes from non-visible to dark brown or black after exposure to 250°-285°F (121°-141°C) steam, with a minimum 10 minutes at 250°F/121°C required for the color change. Each roll measures 60 yards (55 m) and can be written on for labeling specific instrument setups.
