Results are available in 24 hours, with spore growth detectable in as few as 2.5 hours, and are easy to interpret: the vial remains purple for a pass or turns yellow to indicate sterilization failure. The system is compatible with all types of steam sterilizers, including gravity, pre-vacuum, and Statim or rapid/flash sterilizers, and complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
