Hu-Friedy Perma Sharp PGA (polyglycolic acid) absorbable sutures are designed for efficient and reliable soft tissue closure in dental surgical procedures. Each suture is 5-0, undyed, braided, 18 inches long, and features a C-3 premium reverse cutting needle with a 3/8 circle curvature and 13 mm length. The needles are laser-drilled from a proprietary stainless steel alloy for smoother penetration, less tissue disruption, and reduced breakage. PGA suture material loses strength in 14-21 days and is fully absorbed in 50-90 days. Supplied 12 per box.
