Hu-Friedy Perma Sharp PGA (polyglycolic acid) absorbable sutures are designed for efficient and reliable soft tissue closure in dental procedures. Each suture is 6-0 undyed braided PGA, 18 inches long, with a C-3 premium reverse cutting needle (3/8 circle, 10.7-13 mm) made from a proprietary stainless steel alloy with laser-drilled, finer-point geometry for smoother penetration and less tissue disruption. PGA retains strength for 14-21 days and is fully absorbed in 50-90 days; supplied 12 per box.
