Knit-Pak+ is an impregnated knitted gingival retraction cord made from unique microfibers that deliver superior absorbency, durability, and retention. It is impregnated with aluminum chloride hexahydrate (AlCl3·6H2O) at an exact dosage of 0.5 mg ± 0.1 mg per inch, is lint- and particle-free, and packs easily into the sulcus without fraying or entangling in burs. Each container holds 100 inches (254 cm) of size 2 orange cord, and the included stainless-steel-bladed cap cuts the cord cleanly while helping prevent cross-contamination.
