Perma Sharp® absorbable sutures are made from undyed braided polyglycolic acid (PGA) for efficient, reliable soft tissue closure in all types of dental procedures. The C-17 precision reverse-cutting needle features a 3/8 circle geometry with a finer point for smoother penetration and precise placement, and is laser-drilled from a proprietary stainless steel alloy to reduce tissue disruption and breakage. PGA retains strength for approximately 14-21 days and is fully absorbed in 50-90 days. Supplied as 12 sutures per box.
