Knit-Pak is a non-impregnated gingival retraction cord made from 100% cotton in a knitted construction, used for tissue displacement before impressions, digital scans, and crown and bridge procedures. The knitted cord carries greater quantities of hemostatic solution than twisted or braided cord, packs easily into the sulcus under pressure, resists fraying and popping out, and cuts clean without entangling in burs. Each dispensing bottle contains 100 inches (254 cm) of Size #00 Brown cord and features a built-in cutting blade in the cap; the cord is ideal for use with Hemodent hemostatic agent or Traxodent retraction paste.
